When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you write to ask about a formula, an ingredient list, or a page you could not find, that question becomes part of the record we keep about the enquiry.
We also collect standard technical information when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is the ordinary data any web server logs, and we read it in aggregate: which guide pages get opened, where visitors leave, and whether the site is loading as it should.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through the site. There is no account to create, no payment step, and no place where we ask for health details, identification numbers, or anything beyond what you choose to type into the message field.
